Call Status Light

Call status lights are an external light to indicate whether you are on a call or not.

How to Setup Status Light

  1. Ensure the USB cable is plugged into your workstation
  2. Open the Embrava Connect application

  3. Click File in the top left and click on Connections

  4. Find RingCentral in the connections list and click on it. Then click connect.

  5. Enter your email into the email field and click Single Sign-on

  6. Click Submit

  7. Enter your email and click Next

  8. Continue through the login process, entering your password and MFA prompt.
  9. Click Authorize

  10. Check the box next to RingCentral
